Employment Reference
Financial Institutions who would like to conduct employment reference on former or current employees of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Malaysia) Berhad may send in their request to employeescreening@my.icbc.com.cn
The following documents must be appended with the request:
1)Written Consent from the individual authorizing an inquiry into and disclosure of employment records with ICBC; and
2)Reference Template as per Bank Negara Malaysia’s Policy Document on the Employee Screening (BNM/RH/PD 028-72) with Part A(i) duly completed.
